Decription

pe is the work horse of engineered plastics. UHMW sheet is used extensively as a wear material with huge impact strength! It is the low cost, 'entry level' material that routinely outperforms many other plastics. Because it has a water absorption rate of basically zero, UHMW can be used in moist or submerged applications where nylon would not be recommended. UHMW also meets all government regulations for use in food processing and handling.

Technical performance

A.    Extremely high anti-abrasion: Owing to its particular molecular structure. Anti-abrasion performance of UHMW-PE is higher than ordinary metal and plastic: 6.6 times of carbon steel. 55 times of stainless steel. 27.3 times of brass. 6 times of nylon and 5 times of PTFE

B Excellent self-lubricating performance, being low m friction coefficient and flow resistance, resulting in  low energy consumption.

C  Good in resisting impact. flexibility Even under low temperature and thunder impact. it does not break

D Being excellent in resisting chemical corrosion: it works against all acid, alkali. salt medium except concentrated sulfuric acid. dense nitric acid and some organic solvent.

E  Being free from toxin. smell or  exudates

F Good electric resistance ,relatively low in water absorption.

G. Good  performance in resisting environment stress crack, 200 times of ordinary PE

H Excellence in withstanding low temperature It doesn't become fragile even under -1800C surrounding temperature
